This property was purchased at the height of the market and sold very quickly. Team realtor Justin McMahon, who is one of our in- house design experts, spearheaded this project to stunning fruition. His main aim was to take a classic approach with the property and truly give it character. Since the project was a fully gutted property, he was able to meticulously select all the finishing elements from moldings to doorknobs. Taking inspiration from the neighborhood Bed-Stuy, Justin worked to pay homage to the area’s rich history. A broker expert will always take inspiration from the area. He utilized classic, timeless pieces in the design scheme to appeal to a broad audience with impeccable taste.

One of our favorite interior choices was a bold use of gorgeous herringbone marble mosaic tiles that extended all the way from the backsplash to the ceiling in the kitchen. One of the hallmarks of a Jessica Peters Team design is to take a time-honored detail (like a backsplash) and use it in a distinctive way to make it unmistakably our own. Justin utilized this principal expertly in the overall design and aesthetic of this particular property.
