Our model unit design is carefully calibrated by buyer demographics. Not every stager has our level of insight. We pride ourselves on not having a recognizable style, our models will only ever reflect the taste of the predominant buying demographic. Because we have a great depth of knowledge from many years of selling to homebuyers directly, we can create highly targeted model units that will better speak to the prominent buying demographic for any project, as opposed to a designer that may seek to put their own spin on things.


Our sole objective in our staging design is to create rapid positive sales-velocity outcomes. Jessica Peters’ Staging is a marketing weapon that can be deployed again and again as we own our furniture inventory outright and do not charge extension fees. In certain markets we have staged, sold and switched models throughout a development as many as 6 times across a sellout. This would be a fiscal impossibility for anyone without our level of resources.
