Advised on quality of location when the developer was selecting a lot to develop. AVO construction builds a stellar product. When we first met, I knew the group through selling 3-unit, luxury boutique condominiums. When the market shifted in 2017 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, we brainstormed and the developer ultimately decided to start building on 40×10 lots, 6-unit, elevator, boutique condominiums. This was a big shift in what I was accustomed to, and ended up being a great modification in construction method. This project sold out in ONE WEEK. Only two units were listed, all unit sold at the asking price with no concessions + a few over asking deals. The elevator sealed the deal for the changing demographic based on the changing trends of the area, which were identified by the sales team.
