After sitting on the market vacant, the team knew this adorable one bedroom just needed a staging refresh for buyers to recognize the value.
Properly positioning and marketing your home is key in a successful sale. We wanted to go big with this design to give buyers a true perspective on how wonderful the apartment really was.
Downstairs, we staged it as a sitting area and an office space. We took some risks in the bedroom by positioning the bed frame and the couch in a unique layout and the seller absolutely loved the effect.
The living room was also a bit of a challenge because it was so much more wide than long. To rectify this, we flipped the traditional living room layout and arrayed the pieces so that they oriented more with the window. This choice allowed for more space on the length of the wall and we were effectively able to make the space feel much larger.
